How it Works

Monitor your child’s progress & visit BML to receive a weekly prize!

Please bring the finished sticker sheet in to confirm completion.

Preschool & Kindergarten

Parents are asked to read to their children for 15 minutes a day, 5 days per week. Every time you read to your child, please add a sticker to their sticker sheet. Weeks run Mon – Sun. There are extra stickers in the pack. Visit the library to receive a weekly prize.

Grades 1-4

Students read for 30 minutes a day, 5 days per week.

Children can add a sticker to their sticker sheet for every 30-minute reading interval. Weeks run Mon – Sun. There are extra stickers in the pack. Visit the library to receive a weekly prize.

Grades 5-8

Students read for 45 minutes a day, 5 days per week. Children can add a sticker to their reading record for every 45-minute interval.  Weeks run Mon – Sun. There are extra stickers in the pack.  Visit the library to receive a weekly prize.

*Minutes read by students K – 8 will count for BML’s Program & the Governor’s Summer Reading Challenge.
